LOYALTY PROGRAM 
TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Introduction and Scope

Retailors (“Retailors”, “we”) is the official operator of Nike‑branded retail stores across Europe (“Nike Stores”) in 17 European countries. The Nike Stores list is available here: https://www.retailors.com/store-locator.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in Your Local Nike Store Loyalty Program (“Program”). In these Terms, "Member" or “you” refers to the person who joins and uses the Program and whose personal data is processed for the Program purposes.

The Program is operated by Retailors Netherlands B.V., which acts as the headquarters for the Retailors group in Europe and oversees the Program's operations across all participating European countries.

2. About the Program

The Program applies exclusively to Nike Stores operated by Retailors in Europe, as per the store list referred to above.

At this time, the Program enables Members to register and receive communications about Retailors activities, including:

  • subscription to email newsletters;

  • receiving brand updates, product news, campaigns and promotions in Nike Stores;

  • Program‑related notifications;

  • Member-only promos and/or early access to promos; and

  • special events/launches for Members only.

Additionally, as a part of the Program, Retailors provides a Store-to-Customer service (as described in Section 5) and may, from time to time, offer promotional benefits (including welcome offers and limited-time discounts) to Members. Such benefits are redeemable in Nike Stores. All promotions are optional, granted at Retailors’ sole discretion, and subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer.

Retailors intends to continue developing the Program over time by introducing new features. When such features become available, these Terms will be updated accordingly, and Members will be notified in advance. Membership will continue automatically unless terminated, and Members will gain access to new features once available and, where applicable, upon providing any required acceptance.

For more information regarding possible amendments to these Terms, please refer to Section 7 ("Changes to the Program or These Terms") below.

3. Eligibility

To join the Program, you must:

  • be at least 16 years old, or the age required in your country of residence;

  • must have a residential address in one of the European countries;

  • provide accurate and complete registration information.

The Program is for personal use only, and each individual may hold only one membership account. We may take reasonable steps to verify eligibility and account information.

4. Membership and Communications

We may contact Members through dedicated communication channels (email, SMS and/or WhatsApp) to share important information about their membership, such as updates to these Terms, account notifications or other service messages necessary to operate the Program.

Marketing messages through (email, SMS and/or WhatsApp) will only be sent if the Member has provided consent. Members select which channels they want to use for marketing when joining the Program and may change their choices or opt-out at any time using the options provided in each message or by contacting Retailors. Email marketing may also rely on the legally permitted soft opt‑in, where applicable.

Benefits and updates will be sent through the provided contact details and communication consented channels and cannot be restored by the Member otherwise.

Opting out of marketing does not affect service messages. All communication preferences and related data are handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

 5. Store-to-Customer Service

For selected stores, Retailors may offer a service enabling Members to place orders for products in a Nike Store operated by Retailors for delivery to a specified address (the “Store-to-Customer Service”).

Placing an order

Where a product is not available for immediate purchase in a Nike Store, Member may request assistance from store personnel to place an order for such product. The order will be recorded in-store and submitted for centralized processing.

Order processing and shipment

While the store personnel facilitate the placement of the order, Retailors (or its designated fulfilment partner) is responsible for processing, handling, and shipping the order to the delivery address selected by the Member.

Retailors cooperates with third-party shipping providers (such as DHL, DPD, and PostNord) to offer Members a range of delivery options. Subject to local availability, Members may choose from the following delivery methods: delivery to a pickup point, home delivery, or collection at a Nike Store operated by Retailors.

Shipment and collection options are limited to the country in which the order is placed.

Members will receive real-time tracking information and regular updates regarding their order status via the email address provided upon registration to the Program.

Payment

Payment must be completed at the time the order is placed in-store and may be made by card only.

If the product selected by the Member is not available in any nearby warehouse or Nike Store, the order will be cancelled and the payment will be refunded to the Member using the same card as used for the original transaction.

Delivery

The order will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the Member at the time of purchase. Any delivery timelines communicated are estimates only and may vary. Retailors is not liable for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Shipping costs will be indicated to Members during the order placement process. Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days following payment confirmation.

Customer support

With respect to the Store-to-Customer Service, the following support channels are available to Members:

  • The shipping provider’s customer service, in case of a missing parcel;

  • Nike Store support, for product-related issues and return inquiries.

Limitations and availability

The Store-to-Customer Service is subject to product availability, geographic delivery restrictions, and operational constraints. Retailors reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order placed through this service at its discretion. Certain products or special collections may be excluded from this service.

Returns and exchanges

Members have the right to return or exchange the products (subject to availability) within sixty (60) days from the date of delivery or collection of the order, without providing any reason.

Such returns or exchanges may be made at any Nike Store operated by Retailors. Members must present the product along with valid proof of purchase (printed receipt).

Refunds will be issued using the same card as used by the Member for the original transaction.

Risk and ownership

Risk in the product passes to the Member upon delivery to the specified address. Ownership of the product transfers upon receipt of full payment.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

Any personal data that is processed as part of your use of the Program will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.  

7. Changes to the Program or These Terms

Retailors may update these Terms to reflect operational needs, legal requirements or the introduction of new Program features.

When material changes are made, Members will be informed in advance by email.

We may introduce changes to these Terms without your prior consent if:

  • we extend the Program and the change is exclusively beneficial to you, does not impose any new obligations, restrictions or costs, and does not adversely affect your rights; or

  • the change is necessary to comply with applicable law, a binding decision or guidance of a competent authority, or to remove unlawful or unenforceable provisions. 

In such case, continued participation in the Program after the changes take effect means that the Member accepts the updated Terms. You may also terminate your participation in the Program at any time before the changes take effect.

In case of other changes, we will ask for your consent, in accordance with the applicable law, and you will be able to discontinue your participation in the Program if you do not accept these changes.

8. Termination

Retailors may discontinue or suspend the Program, or adjust or remove Program features, if required for operational, business or legal reasons. When material changes are made, Members will be informed in advance by email. Retailors may also terminate a Member’s participation where there is reasonable suspicion of misuse or breach of these Terms.

Members may end their participation in the Program at any time by contacting Retailors as described in Section 10. Ending membership does not affect the Member’s ability to make purchases in Retailors‑operated Nike Stores.

 9. Governing Law and Compliance

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer residing in another country, you may also benefit from the mandatory provisions of the laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.

Retailors undertakes that all activities and transactions governed by these Terms will comply with applicable laws and regulations, including consumer protection and data protection requirements.
